		Building Committee Chair - 10-15 hours/month
Clearing Land	Coordinates the efforts of the group responsible for building partner houses; runs committee meetings. Ideal candidate has home-building experience.
Carpentry
Electric Wiring		Building Site Supervisors - 1 Saturday/month
Plumbing	Oversee building activities and instruct work-site volunteers. Candidates should have home-improvement or home-building experience.
Insulation
Drywall		"Volunteer Coordinator -- 5-10 hours/month
Windows / Doors	Schedules and contacts volunteers for weekly construction activities. Coordinates schedules with Building Committee, individuals and work-group leaders.
Masonry
Roofing		Fund Development Chair -- 5-10 hours/month
Siding	Oversees planning for fund-raising events and long-term fund development; consults with treasure to create annual budget; runs committee meetings.
